MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 7, 2015 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. (TSX:SCU) (the "Corporation") announced today the voting results from its annual meeting held in Toronto, Ontario on May 7, 2015. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 6,140,896 representing 47.86 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
