Second Cup reports voting results of 2014 annual and special meeting of shareholders

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 9, 2014 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. (TSX:SCU) (the "Corporation") announced today the voting results from its annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") held in Toronto, Ontario on May 9, 2014. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 4,628,137 representing 46.73 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the Corporation's stock option plan and the election of each of the six director nominees as follows:
