Second Cup Income Fund: Correction to Date of Payment of Distribution for December

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Dec. 21, 2009) - On December 15, 2009 Second Cup Income Fund (TSX:SCU.UN) announced that its Board of Trustees has approved a cash distribution of $0.07667 per unit for the month of December 2009. The distribution for the month of December is to be paid on January 29, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009. The December 15, 2009 release incorrectly stated that it would be paid on January 30, 2010.
The Fund is an open-ended trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario. It holds, through a direct wholly-owned limited partnership, the Canadian trade-marks and other intellectual property and associated rights used by The Second Cup Ltd. ("Second Cup") in connection with the operation of Second Cup cafés in Canada. The Fund also owns, indirectly, Second Cup.
