MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Oct. 13, 2009) - Second Cup Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:SCU.UN) has announced that its Board of Trustees has approved a cash distribution of $0.07667 per unit for the month of September 2009 payable on October 30, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 28, 2009.
The Fund is an open-ended trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario. It holds, through a wholly-owned limited partnership, the Canadian trade-marks and other intellectual property and associated rights used by its subsidiary, The Second Cup Ltd.
