Second Cup Announces Quarterly Dividend

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 4, 2011 /CNW/ - The Second Cup Ltd. ("Second Cup" or the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share for the quarter ended July 2, 2011, payable on August 31, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2011. The dividend will be considered an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
